FOXJETS FORWARD
Building the next era of Foxjets — stronger, smarter, and together.
Foxjets is evolving to serve our growing community and provide every swimmer with the best possible path for development. This page shares the vision, timeline, and updates surrounding our new training group structure — part of a larger effort to position Foxjets for the next generation of excellence.
Our Goals and Vision
Building for more than the next season — building for the next generation.
At Foxjets, we’re evolving to create a clearer path for swimmers, a stronger foundation for our coaches, and a shared set of goals that guide how we grow together.
Every change connects back to our mission:
To inspire, educate, and equip for excellence in swimming and life — in a safe and supportive environment for all members.
This project pairs program updates with measurable goals — so our families can see not just where we’re going, but how we’ll know we’ve arrived.

What This Means For Your Swimmer: The New Group Structure
To ensure every athlete has a clear, supportive, and effective path to reach their potential, we are introducing a refined structure focused on skill acquisition, long-term development, and personalized coaching.

Team Platform Update
-
We are transitioning away from SportsEngine TeamUnify and onto Captyn, our new team management platform.
-
After an extensive review process, Captyn stood out as the best fit for where Foxjets is headed — a more modern, intuitive, and streamlined experience for families.
-
Captyn offers a significantly improved mobile experience, addressing one of the most consistent pain points we heard from members.
-
The platform will allow us to operate more efficiently, support long-term growth, and better align with our overall vision.
-
We know any transition requires adjustment, and we’ll make sure families get clear instructions, timelines, and support every step of the way.
-
More details, onboarding instructions, and rollout dates will be communicated soon.
Foxjets is introducing a refined, skill-aligned group structure that helps every swimmer grow at the pace that’s right for them. Rooted in our core values and strong team culture, this update ensures a supportive pathway for athletes at every stage.
